What is freeze drying?
In freeze drying the water is drawn out of the fruit at an extremely low temperature. Flavour, colour and 97% of the nutrients stay intact. The fruit turns crisp in the process.
Are the Cipsi vegan and gluten free?
Yes. Our fruit Cipsi are one hundred per cent vegan, gluten free, lactose free and with no added sugar. Pure fruit. Nothing else.
How long do the Cipsi keep?
Unopened, our Cipsi keep for at least nine months. Once opened, seal them airtight and enjoy them within a week.
How much fresh fruit goes into one pack?
Every product states how much fresh fruit went into one pack. For the dragon fruit, 300 grams of fresh fruit go into one pack of Cipsi.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Within Germany we deliver with DHL and GLS in two to three working days.
When is shipping free?
We ship free of charge on orders from 39 euros.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse you get a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email.
Do you ship abroad?
At the moment we only deliver within Germany. Expanding into further EU countries is in progress.
Returns and complaints
Can I return goods?
For hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened food packaging. Unopened goods can be returned within 14 days without giving a reason.
My parcel arrived damaged, what now?
Write to us at info@dokuru.de with a photo of the damage and we will sort out a replacement right away.
