Crisp and sweet with a light tartness. Ripe apples are harvested, frozen straight away and dried under vacuum. That keeps the real apple flavour, just crunchy instead of juicy.
For one cup of 20 grams we process around 200 grams of fresh apple. No sugar, no preservatives, no additives.

Dried at minus 40 degrees, not cooked. What fresh Apfel brings with it largely stays in, above all Ballaststoffe.

Freshly cut, Apfel lasts a few days. Freeze dried, the fruit stays crisp for over 24 months, with no fridge and no preservatives.
