One hundred per cent banana. Nothing else.
Creamy sweet, mild and full in flavour. Ripe bananas are peeled, frozen straight away and dried under vacuum. The result: light chips with real banana aroma, without the sticky sweetness of oven baked banana.
For one cup of 25 grams we process around 250 grams of fresh banana. No sugar, no preservatives, no additives.

Dried at minus 40 degrees, not cooked. What fresh Banane brings with it largely stays in, above all Kalium und Magnesium.

Freshly cut, Banane lasts a few days. Freeze dried, the fruit stays crisp for over 24 months, with no fridge and no preservatives.
