Summer in a cup. A ripe melon, frozen at the peak of its sweetness and dried under vacuum. What comes out are feather light pieces of melon with the full aroma of a summer meadow, as crisp as a chip.
For one cup of 15 grams we process around 150 grams of fresh melon. No sugar, no preservatives, no additives.

Our freeze dried Melone is naturally sweet and needs no extra sugar.

Dried at minus 40 degrees, not cooked. What fresh Melone brings with it largely stays in, above all Kalium und Vitamin C.
Keeps for 24 months
Freshly cut, Melone lasts a few days. Freeze dried, the fruit stays crisp for over 24 months, with no fridge and no preservatives.
