Honey sweet, Mediterranean, full in flavour. Ripe figs are harvested, frozen straight away and dried under vacuum. The little seeds stay, the crunch comes on top.
For one cup of 25 grams we process around 250 grams of fresh figs. No sugar, no preservatives, no additives.

On yoghurt with walnuts. In muesli for sweetness with no added sugar. Alongside a cheese board. On its own as a snack when cravings hit.

Our freeze dried Feige is naturally sweet and needs no extra sugar.

Dried at minus 40 degrees, not cooked. What fresh Feige brings with it largely stays in, above all Ballaststoffe und Calcium.
Keeps for 24 months
Freshly cut, Feige lasts a few days. Freeze dried, the fruit stays crisp for over 24 months, with no fridge and no preservatives.
