One hundred per cent peach. Nothing else.
Sun ripened, juicy and sweet. We freeze ripe peaches at minus 40 degrees and draw the water out under vacuum. What is left is the pure aroma, crunchy instead of juicy.
For one cup of 20 grams we process around 200 grams of fresh peach. No sugar, no preservatives, no additives.

Harvested only once the fruit is truly ripe. That is how the full flavour gets into the cup.
No refined sugar
Our freeze dried Pfirsich is naturally sweet and needs no extra sugar.
Rich in Vitamin C
Dried at minus 40 degrees, not cooked. What fresh Pfirsich brings with it largely stays in, above all Vitamin C.
Keeps for 24 months
Freshly cut, Pfirsich lasts a few days. Freeze dried, the fruit stays crisp for over 24 months, with no fridge and no preservatives.
